Do you have a faulty piece of photographic equipment, or your favourite gear needs a clean and service?
One of the most common questions we receive is " How do I get it to you ? "
NOTE !!! As of 10th February 2018 we have a 'Minimum Charge' due on ALL repairs received. This applies even if repairs are found to be not possible due to parts availability or ANY other factor. We have held off bringing in this policy for as long as possible, but we simply can no longer spend all day working on equipment for no reward ! This Minimum charge is discussed in our 'About' Page. This is in the form of a NON Refundable deposit, and no work will commence until this is paid.

Our recommendations are as follows :
- Recharge your battery ( Please send the battery as although we have many test batteries, there are literally 100's of different Lithium Ion batteries on the market. )
- Remove any Memory Cards and unnecessary accessories ( Anything we do not need for the repair )
- Fill in the form by clicking the link below, make sure you include all your contact details, and describe all faults and work required, and advise how you would like to pay the Non Refundable Deposit.
- When filling out the form PLEASE PLEASE advise if your return address is an Rural ( RD ) address. We pass on freight costs only, and lately have been losing money, as we don't realise addresses are RD until too late - costing us the NZPost RD surcharge. Thankyou !
- Place the camera and paperwork in a plastic bag ( This keeps everything together, and provides some protection if the box gets wet in transit ! )
- Place in a box approx. twice the size of the camera, fill the spare space with suitable packing materials ( Bubblewrap, Polychips, Newspaper )
- Use a suitable transport company - NZ Post, or your local courier agent. If you are a TradeMe user, you can send parcels ( does not need to be a Trademe Sale ) via 'My Trademe' - great prices and they will collect from you !
