Our recommendations are as follows :
- Recharge your battery ( please send the battery as although we have many test batteries, there are literally 100's of different Lithium Ion batteries on the market, so it helps for us to have one sent - not necessary for AA powered cameras )
- Remove any Memory Cards and unnecessary accessories ( Anything we do not need for the repair )
- If you have a case for the camera, we recommend you send the camera in the case for protection.
- Fill in this form on our site, make sure you include all your contact details, and describe all faults and work required
- Place the camera and paperwork in a plastic bag ( This keeps everything together, and provides some protection if the box gets wet in transit ! )
- Place in a box approx twice the size of the camera, fill the spare space with suitable packing materials ( Bubblewrap, Polychips, crimped newspaper )
- Use a suitable transport company - NZ Post, Croxley Prepaid or your local courier agent.
